Registration Begins: 8:30  (At picnic spot entrance)

Breakfast + Tea :9:00 – 10:00   am

Opening Ceremony, Flying Balloons: 10:10   am

Children's Activity: 10:30 to 12:30 pm   

Female Activity : 10:30 to 12:30 pm

Friday Prayer : 12:30 to 1:30   pm

Launch : 2:00 – 2:30     pm

Adult Activities : 3:00 to 4:00    pm

Aser Prayer : 4:15 to 4:30    pm

Tea Break : 5:00 to 5:30    pm

Prize Giving : 5:30 to 6:15    pm

Return Starts : Before or after Magreb Prayer

All BEA members including their families are invited to attend, BEA annual picnic that will held on February 6, 2009. Attendance will be at 8:30AM. Guests are allowed; but to be confirmed three days before Picnic day.
